We loved rooms with seaviews. The hotel was in a fantastic location not far from the beach, Shanklin and a cliff top at the end of a cul-de-sac. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The staff were excellent and outstandingly friendly, lovely hotel. The room we booked was bright and perfect with the garden, all windows looking out over the garden, lovely views as advertised. Its location in Bembridge was stunning, so close to the island, and a quiet beach

recommend the property to anyone. we booked double room for 3 nights and had a fantastic stay. you'll need 15 minutes to walk to the spinnaker with nice drinks.
