I found the hotel's location peaceful and best possible, close to Suffolk and Yorkshire, the sea front surrounded by lots of restaurants and all bars and restaurants. Stopped by Fresco to get some coffee and treats, it's just a walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The breakfast was lovely and excellent with fruit salad and juices and toast, we greatly enjoyed everything. The venue was in a central location adjacent to town centre as well as the pier and the beaches.

The location was exceptionally nice: a mall and several stores were within walking distance. Stopped by Cavendish Bakery to get some coffee and treats, it's a minute walk from the venue, recommend.

The service was all in all very good. The rooms were a decent size with walk in shower and the breakfast was satisfactory. The breakfast was included in the price and had a huge variety of meals. Good and fantastic location conveniently near the seafront was a plus.
Pity, but the beds were pretty firm.

It was a charming old hotel in a shopping area, very close to the sea front, the town centre and train station, and the boardwalk and beach. The room was decent size and new-fashioned with comfortable bed, we stayed in all day.

They offer modern, beautifully decorated rooms with free WiFi, TV, for instance. The location is quiet and best possible, 15 minutes' walk to an Eastbourne pier. It takes 10 mins by foot to the bus stop.

Had brilliant stay even for £ 45 a night. The location was perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from a seaside pleasure pier. There where a shopping centre and several stores around the hotel.
Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi was bad.

We would like to stay longer as the hotel met needs. This accommodation was gorgeous and very clean, it had perfect atmosphere and staff. The owner was nice. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Being within short walking distance to Seafront Tandoori was nice, we had dinner there.
