The room with breakfast included. The staff was affable and absolutely kind, created a quiet atmosphere. The service was friendly and the location was magnificent and comfortable. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Willowbrae Gardens bus stop.

Homey hotel overall, is has perfect service and marvellous location very close to bus stations + very close to supermarket+ friendly place for a short trip+ very good!
