The property was enchanting with exceptional staff with the service we got from the hotel staff. The venue was in a very central location just next door to ferries to lovely places try bownsea Island, restaurants and main town, and surrounding restaurants. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Pier Head.

It was an incredible place, had really good staff particularly from the Restaurant Manager-and the cheery Night Porter who delivered an excellent room service breakfast. Got an exceptional breakfast a let down too-overcooked scrambled egg served with very greasy sourdough. We really enjoyed this staying.

Everything seemed very comfortable, exceptionally clean and the staff were incredibly attentive and highly courteous people with the service I got from the hotel staff. Venue's location was good and perfect, to a restaurant on the waterfront. The check-in was very quick and the atmosphere was comfortable overall.
