The place was stylish and perfectly clean. Central location, at a walking distance from Lower Gardens. Very quite zone, near a bus stop. Outstandingly accommodating staff, newly renovated and great-sized rooms with lovely view, tea and good showers.

It was reasonably clean, the staff was amicable and excellent, plus the service was good. Perfect location near the center of Edinburgh made it easy to get to key attractions. There was Harry Ramsden's nearby to grab something to eat.

The place is clean and homey. It offers fantastic rooms with tasteful interiors, a kettle and private bathroom, and every member of the staff was brilliant. The location is pleasant and awesome, cafes and restaurants were walking distance to the hotel. A bus stop is not far from the property.

We did not want to leave and will be returning here soon. Everything was great, enjoyed our fantastic stay. The room was ideal, inviting, you can use free Wi-Fi here. All the employees were lovely and approachable. Its location was marvellous and pleasant, in a very safe area, and in a nice enough area. The service was nice, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is marvellous and lovely, short walk to great restaurants, Edinburgh 37 Mayfield Gardens and resteraunts and stuff nearby. The suite is huge and has an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron with ironing board. The atmosphere of the property is FAMILY. Would come here again if I come to Edinburgh.

There were a work desk, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a dining area in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location was unbeatable and stunning in a secure area, just next door to airport, Edinburgh and the Royal Mile and a good Indian restaurant. Newington district was worth exploring.

Everything was beautiful here, and the views were particularly nice. The room was newly remodelled and large with a private bathroom. All of the staff was fairly friendly and exceptionally nice and attentive to guests. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus.
