My room was delightful and neat with full English breakfast and large bathroom. An electric kettle and glassware were available in the kitchen. That hotel was in a handy location, especially on the south coast. Moreover, Saint Mary's Cathedral was nearby.

The place deserved 4 stars. The vegetarian breakfast offered a lot of food, something for everyone's taste. I had double room with windows overlooking garden and comfortable bed. The hotel was in a magnificent location so close to Heligan, the lost gardens of Helligan and the Eden project, and Eden Project Great breakfast. Also, a bucolic village was within easy reach.

Spent 2 nights here with my dogs, had a very enjoyable stay overall. Particularly good location within reach of many attractions, and the rooms were cosy and warm. I liked being in this property.

My stay was perfectly pleasant on a business trip. The venue was set in the central position next to a local restaurant as well as the Eden project as well. Also, it was 2 km from a spirelike Victorian memorial.

Thank you everyone for a perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip. Rooms were perfectly clean and provided with full English breakfast, a hot water bottle, as example. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and guest toiletries was a bonus. The hotel was in a central location especially on the south coast. Further, it was close enough to the local pubs, Emms Cottage and St Austell.
