The location of this hotel just next door to harbour along with neighbouring St Abbs, Chinese restaurant 100 yds away and the beach was good and perfect. Enjoyed the room with comfy seating, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location is particularly good and unbeatable and just next door to Spar shop and a Chinese takeaway, neighbouring St Abbs and the harbour. Also, it's a short walk to Blackpool Central Library, to Chinese restaurant 100 yds away.

The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming and the place was clean. The location was magnificent - near Spar shop and a Chinese takeaway as well as Berwick holy island. Moreover, there was Whalebone Arch, located next to the hotel. The room was immaculately clean and huge in good condition, had essentials required.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good, and the bed was very hard.
