It is impeccably clean and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Make sure you try the food at Efes Restaurant, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. It offers huge and tidy room where my children were sleeping.

this place was big and fairly clean, appreciated it. bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave in the room. it had a private bathroom. favourable setting close to centre of sunderland.

reasonably clean apartment with spacious beds. having a kitchen was an advantage. the location was peaceful, near to centre of sunderland and hill. we spent some time at the ivy house, they offer drinks and are relatively close to the property.

On the whole, it's brilliant place for having fun and exploring Sunderland. We had free wifi, which was cool. We recommend the venue to others, best stay ever;))
