The staff were hospitable and helpful too. We had twin room with coffee and a bay window. The hotel had wonderful continental breakfasts.

It had a peaceful location short walk to pubs, laundromat, shops, supermarket and the promenade, the city centre and the park. Bournemouth Beach was also just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The property is reasonably clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is enjoyable! The rooms are extremely pleasant and the staff are attentive. The location it offers is magnificent, very close to a beautiful area of England as well as the water front. The Mandarin Fusion, where you can eat lunch, is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, loved this place.

I got complimentary triple room with twin bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. Loved the decor, it was bright. The hotel's location was central, close to the beach. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from Penzance Promenade.

This was my really nice stay in a marvellous town. It was spotlessly clean, and the people were excellent and hospitable. The location was unbeatable and incredible, not too far from Chapel Street. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a beautiful area.

Thank you for the thoroughly enjoyable stay, liked this place, I will come back. It was a relaxing hotel in a fairly quiet area, so close to the sea front and the town centre, Penzance and Newlyn port. The breakfast was rich and plentiful, it included pastries, toast and yoghourt. The stuff where kind and location was unbeatable.

The hotel was superior, as you can expect from Penzance. We got superior triple room and really enjoyed it. 10 mins walk to the centre.
