Booked twin room on ground level. Enjoyed the convenient decor! The setting was magnificent, right by coty center, Scotland and Edinburgh attractions. Furthermore, it was relatively near The Cavern Club.

The bed was large and the room was brand-new & tidy. The bathroom had a bath, which was great. Perfect location, we need just 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Had nice dainties at Top Floor Cafe, located so close to the hotel.

Single room for 2 rolling bags was the best. This was an absolutely perfect location very close to transport and the city center in about 40 minutes. I was pleased with terrific service.

It is a beautifully decorated and absolutely great property located in Newington district near the city center in about 40 minutes and a bus stop virtually across road. The staff is superfriendly, as well as host. The location is excellent and unbeatable, on separate area. The restaurant serves amazing Indian food.
