The room I booked was amazingly comfortable with a patio. The location for Bournemouth was good and marvellous, next to city center, shops and eating places and beach and town. Had tea and goodies at Bermuda Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.
The setting was pretty bad.

The rooms were brand-new with a patio, the staff were courteous. It was brand-new and had things I needed. The location was marvellous and magnificent - really close to the Christmas market, beach & shops and nightlife and the sea front shops bars and places to eat.

Loved the room with a patio, my bed was very clean. The location close to a bus stop was prime and decent, most places in Bournemouth were within reach. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Goat & Tricycle.
That food was missing.
