Whole place was spotlessly clean with nice views; prime and best possible location right next to the sea. The room was very well-equipped and well furnished with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable, competent staff especially the receptionist.

Tbh, had a quite comfortable stay for a short visit. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a good area, just off the pier and the bandstand, the beach in the most beautiful avenue in Eastbourne, and shops, restaurants, cafes. The food was gorgeous, drinks were cold.

Every staff member was very efficient and attentive. The property was in a central setting nearly on seafront. Also, it was within a close distance from an award-winning oceanarium.

Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel turned out to be immaculately clean and the breakfast option was amazing. The location was perfect and the private parking was on site. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Top of Bath Hill bus stop. The room was good value for money and the bed comfortable. What was important for me - nice size bathroom and very efficient staff especially the receptionist.
