The hotel with well furnished rooms, in a very relaxing area, to Seaham beach. The rooms with a big thick soft duvet, fantastic views plus the Scandinavian Hot Tub. Perfect location, a short way from everywhere.

Everything met needs, I would consider staying here again. Generally, the place was 1st class and had highly professional and genuinely professional staff from every single member of staff. Views of the garden and sea were stunning, the room was airy and tastefully decorated. Loved their food, it was delightful with a wide range of meals.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, would recomand. The hotel was 1st class and overall clean, had incredible views of landscaped garden and their own "beach. The staff were top-class and location was unbeatable. I often went to Eastshore Fisheries to pick up some food. Very pleasant restaurant served Thai specialities.

Everything is second to none here, had a special stay for two nights next time. The location is comfortable, as the hotel is based for the sea front promenade. And it's nestled in a very beautiful building not far from the restaurant in the evening, an establishment which has the perfect balance of quality accommodation and Harrogate.

It was truly a special stay. We appreciated free Wi-Fi provided in the hotel. One could dine at restaurants such as the pizza oven 20 minutes away. Having access to the swimming pool was great.
