The place was nicely presented. It was a joy spending time in the beautifully decorated room with excellent balcony as well as a great view. This accommodation was in the central location in the center of Southend.

The property is impeccably clean and nicely appointed. Smart, hard-working staff, thank you very much for treating me so well. The location is unbeatable and next to the cliffs and the Cliffs Pavilion. Nothing too much trouble, I totally recommend this place and would definitely return here.

Everything was really good and the view was magnificent. A great balcony and coffee facilities inside the standard double room were handy. All the staff was very attentive and smart, fixed my issues. The service was good, the breakfast was delicious. Need to be mentioned that free Wi-Fi was provided in the rooms. The hotel was lovely little and stylish and in a central location just next door to the seafront and pier and restaurants also.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about my brilliant 2 nights stay here. This hotel had a central position on the cliff top at Southend. Also, the place was around 10-15 minutes walk from Southend Crown Court. Overall the room was beautifully decorated with a fan, an excellent view of the stunning Southend pier, for instance.
