We have stayed here for 1 night and had a nice experience. The staff was pleasant, the room was functional and well heated with a view. The venue was in a central location just off South Pier. Plus, our hotel was located 3 km from tourist attractions like an Emigration gallery.

The location was great and fab in a shopping area, close to buses finishing at 6pm, and all the attractions and the staff where kind and friendly. We had an en suite room. The staff has always been very, very nice, and the facilities were clean.

The room met the purpose, decent size and good looking with comfortable bed. A safe box, a kettle, and a sofa were appreciated. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to the tram stop, cafes and shops, and the promenade, Pleasure Beach and South Pier. I had coffee at Eileens Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

View was nice, breakfast was good hot, and beds were comfy. Had brand-new, en suite room that was will get cleaned or get clean towels. I had a safe box, a kettle, and a couch. It was in a perfect and amazing location short walk to South Shore, nature and South Pier and Pleasure Beach. The staff was fantastic friendly - I would go back in flash.

In overall, the place is wonderful relaxing, has particularly helpful staff with good service. The breakfast is savoury, one of the best things. The location is absolutely perfect and close enough to the theme park and Sandcastle Waterpark, the nearest pub, and the rocky mountains. South Shore is a district that deserves exploring.

Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this family-friendly hotel. Actually the room was cheap with a bath rather than a shower, shower, for instance. The ambiance was family, and I liked it. The location was magnificent, relatively close to a steel roller coaster. Furthermore, the area was particularly good. The whole experience was lovely, nothing too much trouble, would recomand.
