Absolutely brilliant hotel located really close to the local cafe, the beach and tram stop and North and south shore. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent stay. Airy standard double room with extra beds squeezed in. The location magnificent and marvellous super close to centre. And 10 mins walk to Holy Trinity Church.

I went on a weekend and everything here was very good. I have stayed in standard queen room with extra beds squeezed in, old settee, for example for 1 night. Its location was magnificent, just next door to the beach and tram stop, public transport, and Blackpool on a budget. The staff was attentive and pleasant, so I would stay here again.
