The room was luxurious and a nice size, no complaints whatsoever. The location was peaceful, right next to Poets Cottage Shrub Nursery. It was located in a fantastic area close enough to the centre of Newlyn, sightseeing in the far west of Cornwall, and sea in the distance, an interesting place for me.

The property was clean and staff was amicable and immensely pleasant. It was a great and charming location just off the lovely gardens and restaurants. It was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Harry Ramsden's, serving fast food. The bedroom was fantastic and bright. A shower and a hairdryer were a plus.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel is homey, has splendid views and excellent location very close to beautiful surroundings, sea and Newlyn. King room is well-appointed, has a lovely bathroom. Everyone is very amiable and owner too. The bar is inviting. Attentive service, the breakfast is healthy. Need to add that here is free Wi-Fi in public areas.
