I loved this fully equipped and well-appointed place, stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms were great-sized and complete with a bath, a beautiful view, as example. Many things to mention - everything was clean, brilliant food, nice views. The staff were friendly attentive, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The standard queen room was newly remodelled, comfortable bed. The swimming pool was nice and the breakfast was rich. Its location was perfect and magnificent, very close to the bars and restaurants, old Portsmouth, southsea and the Hovercraft to the Isle of Wight. Again, the hotel was 15 minutes by car from The Cavern Club.

We had 4 nights in Portsmouth, it was a comfortable experience. We were moved to a queen room and had central heating, an electronic key card and a writing table. The personnel were helpful! Booked with a good breakfast and we really loved the meal. It was a 4-star hotel in every way.
The bathroom was extremely small.

Would recommend it. The rooms are kept very clean and the breakfast is satisfactory. Comfy bed, we slept like babies. Reception staff was very accessible: )

Awesome hotel, in an excellent location for our city break. Becketts served dishes within 500 metres off the property.
