It was fairly clean, breakfast was lovely and absolutely fantastic. The room was immaculate and spotless with tea, a view looking out to South Pier, for example as expected. Overall the service was excellent. The whole experience was warm.

The hotel was in a great location really close to friendly away from all the hubbub of the North Pier and Very close to Pleasure beach. I was surprised at nearby Mi Kandy, they had some goodies, drinks. The room was spotless, with a view over the sea. The breakfast was really tasty and gorgeous with variety of nice options.
