Had a PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay for four nights, everything was great. We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good and unbeatable, near to bus stop. Besides, it was just next door to the Aaran Lodge to anyone, public transport to the center of Edinburgh, and the train station which costs £3.20 for a return to the city.

Nicely decorated and reasonably clean place with super-friendly staff. Luxurious and romantic units on the 2nd level. Good marvellous location, on Princes Street. Also - right by the beaches of Portobello and Musselburgh, and the seafront promenade and a quirky and fun high street of Portobello. Great way to end our trip.

The beds were big in our room. Royal mile was within easy reach. An easy walk to The Rockville Joppa Pans, where you can have lunch. We recommend it with confidence.
