The whole experience was really good. The breakfast was full size and varied with good fresh coffee, the staff was exceptionally welcoming. My room was huge & brand-new with the shower, coffee plus the single glazed window. The location was comfortable and perfect and near a garden and an orchard. The hotel was located about 20 minutes walk from centre.

Overall had comfortable stay during whole visit. After a long drive the incredibly nice and welcoming staff was waiting for us. The location was great and lovely in a shopping area, next to Stockbridge which is a very nice area for bars, restaurants, and Edinburgh tourist attractions.
