The location offered was marvellous just next door to Eastbourne center as well as Sovereign Harbour. The breakfast had a huge variety of excellent food and drinks. Excellent and amicable staff, everything was perfect.

Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay on a business trip. English breakfasts with fresh fruit salad and toast which in many other places is still a challenge to deliver, for instance was tasty. The hotel has fab location close to Eastbourne for a family wedding, the pier along the promenade, and all the main areas.
