Honestly nothing to complain about. The family king room we were given had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities. Very FAMILY-FRIENDLY hotel, right by the downtown, a 10 minutes' walk.

you can also visit indigo that offers excellant meals. comfortable base for a city break in south shields! the hotel met expectations. liked that the venue was really close to the train station, 15 minutes' walk.
