The location of this hotel close to Old Town and New Town, and buses to castle centre was great and incredible. The staff was pleasant, as well as host. The room was neat and well-designed, provided with nice decoration, modern ensuite bathroom and comfy bed.

This was my superb stay on holidays. Everything was great, welcoming staff, excellent location very close to the festival and city center with a bus stop right across the street, the frequent buses that pass by and the old town. I loved the appetising options for breakfast, including cereal and pudding.

Charming little hotel that has best staff upon my request. The rooms are stocked and brand-new, the beds are comfortable. The location is particularly good and magnificent for exploring Edinburgh. The airport is 15 km away, easy to get to.
