The hotel of choice in Edinburgh. Lovely place, exceptionally comfortable beds, amiable staff. The breakfasts with view on Arthur's Seat. Brilliant location in the airport 2, fabulous room. Also - near to a really nice Chinese restaurant and nice quiet location, frequent buses in front of the property and centre.

It is an absolutely gorgeous property located in Newington district right by a really nice Chinese restaurant and nice quiet location and Edinburgh Waverley train station. I have stayed in the double room with great view of arthur's seat.

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in Edinburgh, had much fun. All the staff was fairly friendly, fixed my issues. I got extremely spacious and well-designed room with a view. I recommend the place.

Really had ENJOYABLE stay for a weekend. Marvellous and brilliant location with impressive view of the hills. Location next to the airport, city centre, and frequent buses. Nearby The Old Bell Inn - great place to chill out. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus a flat screen TV, a coffee machine and a seating area. Paid £ 75. Awesome stuff throughout.
