Had very nice stay of four nights. Particularly good location, it was really close to bus stop outside the guest house as well as the main attractions in Edinburgh. Leith district was worth staying in.

Delicious food, excellent service and exceptionally good view over a park. Immaculate & bright room, with a radiator and a hair dryer. Down pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Fab incredible location, to get to the bus stop. And just off Crioch x, guesthouse-buses and multicultural Edinburgh. An incredibly beautiful and quiet hotel, my first choice in Edinburgh.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped and since it had feather pillows I slept like a baby. The bed was really nice and it was great having an ironing set, multi-channel television, and a seating area.

5 mins on foot and you're at East Sands of Leith. Very convenient get to Lochend Park. Try Nauticus, which is close to the apartment and you will certainly enjoy their food❤
