Everything was perfect, magnificent location near several bus lines and bus stops, pleasant staff. The breakfast was above average for what was on offer with good vegetarian options and porridge and hot meals. The stay was such wonderful.

Coffee, cereal, and fruit for breakfast were fab. The location was decent - not far from bus stops for centre of town and easy parkimg, centre of town and the common tourist attractions and train station. Again, it was near Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

Decent size & silent rooms with a wonderful view, the fringe and very comfortable bed. Lots of food at breakfast, such as coffee, cereal, and fruit. Free parking nearby provided.

Our room was not only silent, but also tidy with very comfortable bed, great view, as example. The breakfast with porridge, good vegetarian options and hot meals was above average. The employees were exceptionally friendly and affable all the time.
