The hotel was amazing and perfectly clean with lovely views of the sea. The room we had included coffee, a kettle, and a couch. Loved convenient decor. The staff was amiable and welcoming, always with a smile on face.

We stay in double room quite often, it is spotless and compact. The rate is £ 75, satisfied. Staff is great and welcoming and you can park your car nearby. The setting is amazing and incredible, so close to promenade and beach and the town centre and the pier.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a nice enough area, just off Loriston Guest House and prospective clients, and shops. The location was unbeatable and lovely - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We stopped by The Pastry Shop for coffee and treats, it was within walking distance of the property.

I had a very very good stay. I truly enjoyed the place, it was perfectly clean & the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and best possible, at a short distance from a seaside pleasure pier. The hotel was in a nice area, not far from the restaurants, and the beach and pier.
There was something as breakfast missing.

The breakfast meal was sensational with a voucher to spend in local cafes and a pleasant view, for instance. The staff were helpful and were around whole time. The location was excellent, near the seafront! Had lunch/dinner at Kerala Flavours, which I found not too far away from the hotel.
