Everything was great, including friendly staff from the room to breakfast everything is excellent service. The location was magnificent and perfect, adjacent to Penzance, the church and beaches at Porthleven, Marazion and Praa Sands. I often went to Harry Ramsden's to pick up some food.

I had immaculately clean room with garden view. Croissants, fresh bread, cereal, and fruit were a stand out. The location in a local area was marvellous and magnificent and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

Had the twin room which was brand-new with garden view. The hotel was in a central setting to breakfast everything is excellent service. What's more, it was close to the town centre, Tesco's and the Chippy, Porthleven and beaches at Porthleven.

I would say it's brilliant place for staying and exploring Helston. The staff is really helpful, as well as host. The units are impeccable, brand-new. The hotel offers perfect and exceptionally nice location so close to the great Cornish coastline and Porthleven, Marazion and Praa Sands. Also, I could reach Cast, set just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. I would stay here again, greatly enjoyed the trip.
