The hotel was in an unbeatable location really close to the bus depot and train station, close to both the sea front and town and adjacent to Victoria Park, a delightful area in which to walk or sit and read and a lovely quiet area next to a lovely park. Moreover, it was 3 km from Paignton Zoo Environmental Park.

I found the hotel's location great, so close to Paignton and nearby places to visit in the car or on the bus, train station about 5 minutes walk away and several bars and restaurants which served very good food and drinks. Btw, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from a green Flag park. The room was airy and neat and with Tv hairdryer, the bedroom, as example, had everything I needed.
