The breakfast was very tasty and excellent with home made jams, perfect to start our day. The hotel was placed in the very central location to the local area. And also it was 500 metres or so from North Shore Beach.

This hotel exceeded high expectations, I can't recommend highly enough. The units are new-fashioned, cosy with tea and birds to watch out of the window plus TV. The employees are welcoming and reasonably good.

it was in front of llandudno pier. if you want to eat nearby, try the blue elephant, which is situated 500 m away. we enjoyed no. 9 guest house so we would definitely book here again.
