Twin room I stayed at was nicely furnished and new-fashioned with a huge bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect and nice to all areas of interest. The staff were amicable and amazingly friendly, and the services were excellent.

The staff is affable as well as hotel's host. Make sure you stay in the twin room with free tea and coffee. Great to have coffee, facilities to make tea, and tea/coffee. Superb service and the food is brilliant.

The hotel was in a really handy position near to Charlestown Harbour and beach, the beach, the Eden project and Charleston and Eden Project Good restaurant. Apart from that, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 10 minutes' drive away. My bed was comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated and modern with a huge bathroom. Essentials that you need, such as an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and television, were there.

The stuff where friendly and great, nothing too much trouble. The location was good and magnificent for exploring this domestic area, very close to the Penarth Guest House, the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and the bay. Found a place called Happy Gathering, set metres from the hotel, ate there a few times.

I didn't feel like leaving, so would recommend this hotel. It was a perfect place for holiday, had enjoyable time. The setting was unbeatable, right by St Austell, beach and Eden Project Good restaurant close by. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Sam's Diner that was only 20 minutes' walk away.
