Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay for a short visit. The rooms are lovely sized with a double bed, so that guests have essentials. There is a lot of fresh food for breakfast. Easy access to a bus stop, located near the venue.

Excellent staff and convenient location to everything around Edinburgh, everything was nice. The breakfast was delicious with sausages and continental food available and the restaurant food was good. The rooms they offer were airy and lovely sized with three beds and a futon.

Everything is excellent, I truly enjoyed huge room and unbeatable location. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is freshly made. It offers terrific services. Use the parking nearby. Stay here and enjoy your Edinburgh xmas.

Had a very very good stay for a short visit, glad I've chosen it. The room was nicely decorated, the bathroom was nice looking. Got stunningly beautiful views. Location: the hotel was so close to Festival Theatre or number 27 bus, attractions like the zoo or dungeons, and the Edinburgh regency.

The staff is consistently courteous here, the services are marvellous, and location is easy near the city center, shops and restaurants or bus stops right outside, and the buses downtown. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The building is very pleasant and the rooms are compact with a futon, a nice view, for example. Eggs, bangers and bacon for breakfast are a plus;))
