The location was marvellous and brilliant, right next to a modern chain casino. Our room was amazingly comfortable with shared bathroom and the staff were nice. The breakfast was incredible and we greatly enjoyed the bar where the food was served.

Useful base for one night, felt like home. The guest room I got was complete with a shared bathroom, plenty notice, for example. The food provided for breakfast was good. The location was central, close enough to beach and town, the Brighton pier and sea, town centre. I often went to Harry Ramsden's to pick up some food. Had a really really nice stay here.

A huge variety of food served in the bar for breakfast, it was fantastic. Its location was central, metres from Sea Life Brighton Aquarium. And we were close enough to the beach and local amenties, Brighton for a Conference, and the seaside in less than two minutes.

The staff was superfriendly and accommodating from my arrival up until I left. Its location relatively close to a restored Regency garden was incredible and amazing. It was located in a very nice area adjacent to the Brighton train station as well as sea front, a super base for me.
