The suite was spotless, included a refrigerator, a kettle, and an iron. All the staff members were fairly friendly and amicable. The position of the hotel was good and fantastic, on the sea front.

It was homey and fantastic place to visit. The staff were pleasant and fairly friendly in case of questions. Incredible location adjacent to the sea for a walk as well as several pubs, I felt safe.

The staff was amiable and we will choose the place for future trips. Booked a room with clean shared bathroom. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, to the marina where you can easily spend the entire day! We spent evenings at The Wolsey, situated 400 metres from the hotel. The beach bar was lovely.

I would stay here again, the hotel met what was needed. Its nice base for sightseeing and exploring Sunderland. Welcoming, pleasant stuff, thanks for treating me so well. The location is unbeatable, not too far away from North Shore. Area is really quiet and short walk to the beach, the sea front right next door, and park. As for me the food is delicious, and they have plenty of meals.
