The location is great as it's really close to tower and pleasure beach, the beach front promenade, between South and Central piers and sea front and pleasure beech.

Fantastic little hotel, location absolutely fabulous very close to the local transport system or a short walk to the resort attractions, pleasantly surprised by accommodating staff and quiet atmosphere. The lounge bar onsite.

It was a really good stay for the Bank Holiday weekend, loved it. The location was lovely to all the local attractions, great for for our needs. We saw an award-winning oceanarium, that's relatively close to the venue.

The location was central, close to promenade and parking, windy Blackpool and Rossall House at the end of May for a short family trip. Truly enjoyed the room with a good shower, my bed was perfect.

This was a perfectly pleasant stay, good prices. The hotel was homely, fairly clean, in an extra comfy area. It was in an incredible and lovely location so close to Lucemajicus. There was a good restaurant not too far from the venue. The breakfast was delicious and for the larger appetite; the staff was affable. The service was absolutely amazing.

The venue was beautifully decorated, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent close enough to the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and Blackpool Tower as well as rossall house for the last couple of years. The breakfast was tasty and delicious - lots of meals - coffee, tea, fruit juices, toast, and cereals.

It was based in really comfortable building in a good location, enough to make sure we had everything. The place was less than a 15-minute walk to Coral Island Amusement Center. We stayed here to visit south pier that was near the hotel. We were happy to find Indian Palace 400 m away, where we could eat. We enjoyed the fact that we chose rossall house.
