Our standard queen room was modern with a pleasant view. This hotel was set in a central area right by the city centre, cafes, shops and the beach as well as the cave. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Kemptown district.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

The room was absolutely spotless with large windows, a fan, as example, just what was needed. All of the staff were kind, amenable. The venue was set in the very central position just next door to Close to seafront, by train and the pier and friendly staff. Also, this hotel was few metres away from such tourist places as George Street Gallery.

It is a great and fine property located in Kemptown district very close to the beach, pier and the marina, takeaways and seafront and Marina.
