My room was spotlessly clean and bathroom was immaculately clean. The stuff where welcoming and accommodating hole time of my stay.
Sadly, there was no breakfast.

Beautifully maintained and lovely units with a knackered bed, big TV, as for instance, and the staff were lovely! Everywhere there was fairly clean.
The bed was tiny in this place.

It's enjoyable base for sightseeing and exploring Southend-on-Sea. The staff is courteous and the rooms are big size. The best thing about this nice hotel is its incredible location just off the sea-beautiful, seafront and rail, and train station. Every time we stay in Southend-on-Sea, like to stay here.

The property was fairly clean and staff was courteous. Good service, even though a few employees were very unfriendly. It was modern, brand-new and for a knackered bed.

Marvellous location to a nice quiet seafront made it easy to get to key attractions. Ate at Flying Pasta, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The best thing is location - close enough to the beach as well as the sea front. There is nearby Jerk Island Grill to grab some food for the dinner.

The location was marvellous and excellent, relatively close to a rose garden. We lived in the single room with big TV, a shower plus possibly the smallest toilet.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

We liked everything at Southend including rooms and staff. It also has to offer free parking. If you like the nice area, then it would be a comfortable base for you. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like The Beach Hut that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

exceptional service was provided here. 600 metres from the hotel you'll find oyster creek kitchen, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. we stayed here to visit adventure island, located near to the venue.

Next to adventure island, 5 minutes' walk to Westcliff train station. We could see roots hall from our window. Toulouse Restaurant, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. We totally recommend the property and staff: )
