Comforts of tastefully decorated and brand-new king room with balcony were fabulous. The breakfast was amazing, featured a wide array of meals. Central location was a plus. The staff was very helpful and excellent, as well as host.

The stay here was amazing of our best holidays. The employees were pretty friendly and helpful. Overall it was nicely decorated with very comfy beds. The hotel was placed in the central location very close to the beach.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was pretty friendly, the grounds were clean. The food was excellent with plenty of alternatives. The location was marvellous and fantastic for traveling around Great Yarmouth, so close to the pier and great yarmouth high street and restaurants. Also, we visited Merrivale Model Village, located not too far from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

The location was marvellous and amazing, next to the sea front and the town centre as well as restaurants and bars and shops in walking distance, in a shopping area.

The hotel was set in a central area very close to all attractions as well as local shopping and town centre. Moreover, it was at a walking distance from Church of st John. We would recommend it.
