Location: the hotel was just off the centre of st Ives which was good and st Ives. Stopped by Porthmeor Beach Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue, recommend.
There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

All in all, it was unique base for travelling to St Ives. The rooms were clean and had basic facilities you needed. The setting was wonderful, near to st Ives and the centre of st Ives which was good.
Definitely, there was breakfast missing.
