The property was clean and staff was pleasant. The unit we got was spacious and bright with movies, a large balcony, good shower. The vibe here was quiet.

We have booked family room with good facilities. The team provided a great service. The overall atmosphere was family, perfect for what we wanted. The hotel had an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location to the town centre or the shore front.

Tbh, had a lovely stay with extremely friendly service. My family and I loved being there. Continental breakfasts with poached egg and husband cereals, as for instance was absolutely superb. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and always on disposal. The location was easy, 4-6 minutes' walking distance from a miniature golf course.

The rooms themselves were extremely pleasant and spotless with a large balcony. The location was fab, just 5 min walk from a wooded coastal ravine. And the area was fairly nice, next to the beach and local restaurants, Shanklin around 10am and such a friendly, comfortable and clean establishment.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, close to the beach. Dined at Grub Plus Restaurant, it was at a short distance from the venue. We had the superior room which was spotless with a large balcony.

Thanks very much everyone for a really lovely stay with extremely friendly service. The food was fabulous and the stuff where amicable and excellant. Its location was incredible, next to one or two excellent restaurants. Also, the hotel was set just a short walk away from Rylstone Gardens.

Extremely pleasant and brand-new room with iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a TV set. Ideal and easy location near to Shanklin and the Chine, which leads on to the esplanade and the beach, seafront and old village and such a friendly, comfortable and clean establishment, a walking distance from Methodist Church. Also, to the town centre or the shore front.

Loved our stay, and recommend the hotel. All in all everything was very good, had a very nice stay with extremely friendly service. All of the staff were accommodating, pleasant. The continental breakfast was offered with toast and poached egg and husband cereals.
