The breakfast had plenty of options: coffee, cereals, and fruit. Our rooms were immaculate and bright with an amazing view, the kettle, as example. The location in a really quiet area was great and stunning. Penzance airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car.

Central location close to several wonderful restaurants, including the Pizza and Pasta place which serves much more -- all delicious and St Ives for the 2019 Food and Wine Festival, it was in a very quiet area. The staff were amiable and our room was tastefully decorated.

Everything was excellent, however we stayed for 4 nights only. The room was immaculate here with the kettle and a bathroom plus an ultra-comfortable king-size bed. The location was marvellous, you can visit a parish church by walking. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a lovely area.
