Everything was lovely, the parking was onsite, the room was a decent size and freshly decorated. We had a lovely bedroom. The staff from start to finish were thoughtful and very hospitable. The hotel's location was particularly good, near the leisure complex, walk/drive/bus to Lytham and the huge beach for a dog walk.

Decent size and freshly decorated room with a bunk bed in a separate, good breakfast, as example, the staff was always welcoming, whenever I needed help. The hotel has lovely and wonderful location very close to both the promenade, all shops, restaurants and bars and the picturesque square in St Anne's.
