Clean, superb value hotel, the location was great short walk to the sea & the villagey Kemptown, Brighton and the train station. I had the small king room with all needed, the breakfasts were vegan. Sea view was worthy, the staff were outstandingly accommodating people who told me I looked beautiful and completely made my day as I left for a day of wandering & exploring.

What's more, there was George Street Gallery approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Comforts of double room were fabulous - free WiFi, coffee, and a hair dryer.
