The breakfast was amazing with toast, yogurt, cereal or yogurt, we greatly enjoyed everything. The hotel location was magnificent and fab to the front ov south pier. And it was also next to so many attractions, and the buses and trams.

If you are going to visit pleasure beach arena, you can stay here. Just a walk down to the restaurant the velvet coaster. The hotel was very clean. We appreciated the room, it was good sized.
