I had a double room and it was budget with a TV, music blaring from a TV, as for instance. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, short walk to a bus stop as well as Blackpool and easily accessible. Everyone from the staff was amiable.
Shame the bathroom was dirty.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect fit for our needs. Absolutely fantastic hotel and the location near central pier was marvellous. The staff was affable, solved all problems we had. The bedroom was modern and reasonably spacious.
