The location was great, at a moderate distance from an award-winning oceanarium. Our double room was equipped with central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel television. Everyone from the staff was lovely and amicable.

Central location right by the sea front and pubs/restaurant's, the beech and local town, and the centre of beautiful Lyme Regis, it was in a nice enough area. Also, I was within a close distance from Lower Gardens.

Well laid out and compact units with a bathroom, a very useful fridge, for instance. Very central location, not too far away from a victorian pier. Very hard working and nice staff during my stay.

The location was great and incredible - adjacent to Lyme Regis and the surrounding area, the best bakery in town and communal areas. There was excellent food, the staff was very hard working and affable.

The staff and people generally were amiable. The venue was in a very central location just next door to the beach and the shops and beach pubs takeaways. Moreover, a room aquarium was nearby.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Got family room with the sloped ceiling, a very useful fridge, a bathroom as expected. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge too. The personnel was really helpful, and the proprietor too.

The venue was set in the very central position short walk to the seafront, the beech and local town and beach pubs takeaways and pubs/ restaurants. Soup restaurant Waters Edge Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I really enjoyed 2 nights in this property. It was decent base for travelling to Lyme Regis, I was glad to stay there. The staff were lovely and the rooms were new-fashioned and spotless. The hotel was in a very central setting in a quiet street very close to the sea. It was also close enough to the centre of beautiful Lyme Regis and the surrounding area.

The staff was amicable and the room was brand-new with comfortable beds. The location was incredible to have private garage parking too is almost unheard of that close to the seafront. It was also short walk to the beach and main street, beach pubs takeaways and pubs/ restaurants and the beech.
