The room was nicely decorated with fresh milk on request, a wonderful king size bed and TV, had the best night sleep. I loved savoury food. Booked the hotel for its ideal location close enough to dog-friendly pubs, and the shops.

I stayed here for 2 days and would definitely book again. The hotel was in a magnificent position near to the centre of Sidmouth and the seafront, and the shopping area of Sidmouth.

The location was ideal and easy, close enough to Sidmouth and Lynstead House, The Byes National Trust park, and seafront. Btw, we admired The Byes Riverside Park, based at a short distance from the hotel. The bed was very clean, and the room itself was nice. The breakfast was warm and hearty and the parking was on site.

Everything is really good here, had a brilliant stay for 2 nights. Besides, guests can park cars onsite. It has unbeatable location to see Sidmouth Museum. They serve savoury food, have a great selection of options to choose from.

Overall, it's brilliant place for exploring Sidmouth attractions. Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the garden. The location is amazing, 1 km from Sidmouth Museum. When I am in Sidmouth, I like staying here.
The bathrooms are very small.

Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Everything was superb, and it had good wi-fi. The location was peaceful and pleasant, relatively close to Manor Pavilion Theatre. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a nice touch. Staff were accommodating, room was neat.

Breakfast was SENSATIONAL, we were provided with a suite. For dinner we chose the volunteer inn, that was 600 metres from the hotel. Exeter International airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car. Nice place for your holidays in Sidmouth.
