The location turned out to be good, next to train station, pier, town centre, funny girls and the bars, local bars and restaurants and all the bars and clubs.

All in all - had a fantastic 2 night stay. The hotel has great and fab location adjacent to bars, the sea front and shops, and clubs. Also, it was within 15 minutes by car from Cleveleys Front Promenade. A lot of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone.

The hotel was fairly clean and had great staff. The venue was in an amazing location, to promenade. Also, it was 3 km from English lights festival. The room was amazingly comfortable and beautiful and with great decoration. The beds were nice, and the breakfast was marvellous.

A double room in the bar downstairs has basic facilities you need. The location is very close to the train station, marvellous and fantastic. The hotel is 100 metres away from Dixyland Chicken & Ribs, where we got some food.

We enjoyed this absolutely charming hotel and its BEAUTIFUL rooms and drinks. Splendid view of rear. The bathroom was luxurious, it was nice to have bathtub. Restaurant in venue was small and the pool area was excellent.
