The staff were nice, great location to Edinburgh town centre. Further, it was just off bars, a residential area and great restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was amiable and the room was perfectly clean. Its location in Edinburgh was excellent and good, so close to great restaurants, bars and supermarkets, a quiet residential area of Edinburgh and Mayfair House. Also, the place was within walking distance of a restored theatre.

the location was marvellous, close to flea market. it was located in a fairly quiet area short walk to centre, a coffee shop opened and supermarkets, a lovely place for me.
Unfortunately my room was very small.

Polite staff and reasonable location close to theatre, everything was perfect. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a kettle, central heating and an iron inside the room. We booked it for £ 33.

thanks, would go back in flash. good sized rooms, just walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. a cool bonus was nearby storries home bakery, that offered tea and coffee.
